ErgoEquip is a small business, and we do not attempt to provide the lowest price for ergonomic products. However, we do our best to provide the products at fair prices, as well as provide the best customer service and ergonomic advice that we can.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a more competitive price for a higher-priced item with our preferred customers.
We reserve the right to not fulfill customer purchases of an item and to refund the customer for their purchase, if the item has become discontinued, or is on backorder.
We also reserve the right to not fulfill a purchase if the item was incorrectly priced on the online store (our employees do make mistakes at times). In this case, we would inform you of the situation, and give you the option of receiving a refund, or paying the higher and actual price for the product.
