Good chair, very pretty and I didn't have to put it together when it was delivered.
Apart from that: it is very difficult to adjust.
The handle for the seat angle is very inconveniently located right below the frame of the arm rest which makes it difficult to reach when pulled up. I had to adjust the spring tension to the minimum, and turn the handle of the infinite forward tilt lock-out (very difficult to grip and turn) to realize that I could rotate the seat forward.
Even with these settings it is very hard to move: I have to painfully arch my lower back to put the weight backward.
With the curve of the back I cannot seat upright, instead I'm leaning a bit backwards, which is not very comfortable
The seat does not go up enough which is not helping to relax hip flexors.

A little bit disappointed considering the price

The chair was delivered with very flimsy packaging that had fallen apart and resulted in a broken caster. They replaced it and now is working fine. Very comfortable chair.

I had a number of conversations with Betty Ann Schnurr while looking for the appropriate chair to meet the needs of my wife and I. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and demonstrated patience while answering my many questions. Together we selected what seemed to be the right chair with the right options for us.
The price of the chair was better than any other vendor I had contacted and while I am always hesitant to purchase a product of this value on-line and sight unseen I decided to take a chance. My trust was rewarded. The chair arrived within the time that Betty Ann had told me. The only minor complaint was that FedEx contacted us when they arrived for delivery, left the chair in the loading area of our condo, and took off. This was contrary to our instructions. They were supposed to wait until we met them there. We got to the loading area quickly and found the chair to be packaged and properly protected.
We removed the box and examined the chair. It was pristine. We took it upstairs and began adjusting it to fit our needs. It’s very comfortable.
The Ergo Centric tCentric is absolutely the right chair for us and there is the added bonus of this product being manufactured in Canada.

The item is perfect. I had the chair before and the reason why I chose to buy it for my home office. The multi-tilt function is why this ergonomic chair is so great for people who sit long hours at the computer.
