How Do You Tell If Your Workstation Isn’t Ergonomic?

If you are uncomfortable at your workstation, you may be heading toward an injury. Your posture has changed since you started office work.
A poor work setup leads to postural changes. The change may even be permanent. If you slump back into the chair or sit forward too often, the spine will get out of alignment. If you hunch over the keyboard, you can end up with rounded shoulders. Your chair must be a perfect fit.
These postural changes can be reversed by shifting to ergonomic workstations, stretching, and exercising.
